You can now create organizations and post or comment on Talnet Social as the organization you manage – not just as an individual.

- Switch identity when posting or commenting
- Engage as your company, agency, or team in social discussions
Whether you’re running a recruitment agency, a startup, or an internal talent team, your organization now has its own voice on Talnet.
Why this matters
Posting as an organization unlocks a few powerful advantages for both, recruiters and employers:
- Stronger brand recognition: Posting insights, stances, or industry takes as an organization clearly represent your company’s expertise and value, helping recruiters and employers recognize and remember your brand
- Clearer professional context: Conversations feel more intentional when people know what sort of entity is speaking, a person or an organization
- Separation between personal and organizational voices : Recruiters and talent professionals can keep their personal accounts distinct from their organization’s presence, allowing them to participate more openly in discussions while choosing the right voice for each conversation.

- Create an organization from your dashboard → /workspace/organizations
- In /feed, choose whether to post or comment as yourself or as your organization
- Engage on Talnet Social with the right identity for the conversation
