Talnet Talents: a marketplace for MPCs

Talnet Talents is now live, a marketplace where recruiters post their MPCs (most placeable candidates) and employers and fellow recruiters can find them.

Profiles are anonymized, you control who can see the full details, and you get notified when someone opens one.

What's new

• Talent marketplace: browse MPCs posted by recruiters across Talnet
• Post a talent: list an anonymized MPC and manage it from your workspace (/workspace/talent)
• Filters: narrow the marketplace by location, keywords, and more, just like Jobs
• Password-protected profiles: lock a profile behind passwords and share the full details only with people you choose
• Open notifications: get notified when someone opens a protected profile, including who opened it and when
• Talents in the feed: posted talents also appear in the Talnet Social feed alongside discussions and posts

Password protection, per employer

You can set multiple key and value pairs on a single profile. The key is the employer's name and the value is the password you give them.

When someone opens the profile with a given password, you know exactly which employer opened it and when.

• Time your follow-up: Know when they looked, so you can reach out at the right moment
• Control access: Give each employer their own password

Marketing a candidate usually means sending a profile into the void and hoping for a reply. Talnet Talents gives you visibility and control instead.

How it works

Browsing talents

1. Open Talents
2. Use the filters to narrow by location, keywords, and more
3. Open a profile to see the anonymized details

Posting a talent

1. Go to Your Talents (/workspace/talent)
2. Create a new talent profile and anonymize it
3. Add a password for each employer you plan to share it with (key: employer name, value: password)
4. Publish it, and it appears in the marketplace
5. Send the profile link and password to the employer, and get notified when they open it
