Timeless Posts are now available on Talnet Social

We're excited to introduce Timeless Posts, a powerful new way to share knowledge that lasts.

Unlike regular posts that can get buried in the feed, Timeless Posts stay at the top of their topics, creating a living knowledge base for the community. Whether it's a tip on sourcing top candidates, a new recruitment strategy, or advice for hiring managers, your knowledge now stands the test of time.

What's new

• Timeless Posts: stay pinned at the top of their topics for easy reference
• Predefined topics: structured, consistent topics relevant to the recruitment and HR industry
• Longer posts: Timeless Posts allow up to 20,000 characters, compared to 1,000 for regular posts
• A new clock icon in the post editor to mark a post as Timeless

What to know

• All Timeless Posts go through a moderator review to ensure content quality
• Topics are limited to two per post to avoid misuse

Predefined topics: focused, relevant, and growing

To make content easier to organize and discover, Timeless Posts are attached to predefined topics. Think of them as tags with structure: they're consistent across the platform, so valuable knowledge doesn't get scattered across misspellings and near-duplicates.

From "Candidate Sourcing" to "Interview Techniques" and "Employer Branding," you can place your post where it matters most. In the future, these topics will evolve into a hierarchical system, letting you navigate the community's expertise even more efficiently.

How it works

1. Start a new post and select a topic
2. Write your post
3. Click the clock icon in the editor toolbar, in the same container as Save draft and the other tools, to mark it as Timeless
4. Once posted, the status of the post will be set to PENDING_REVIEW, only you and the moderators will be able to see it in the social feed until it is either approved (status set to ACTIVE), or rejected (status set to REJECTED)
5. Once approved by a moderator, your post stays at the top of that topic for everyone to discover

Look for the little clock icon in the editor toolbar.
