With Workday Candidate Profile, a job seeker can use their saved information to help complete future applications with just an email and a one-time code, with no new password to remember. Roughly 80% of the standard fields will already be filled in with their contact information, work history, education, and skills before they've typed a word, which is expected to make applying about 40% faster than filling out the same application by hand.
