Hi, I'm Eva, a Hungary-based Senior Recruiter with 10+ years of international experience across agency, in-house, RPO and freelance recruitment.

My main expertise is IT & Tech recruitment, particularly niche and hard-to-fill roles in Software Engineering, SAP/ERP, Cloud, DevOps, IT Infrastructure, Data Engineering and BI.

I've also recruited across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare (including physicians), Engineering and white-collar manufacturing roles, covering 11 CEE countries and broader EMEA, APAC and LATAM markets.

I enjoy the challenge of finding hard-to-reach talent and bring strong hands-on experience in direct sourcing, headhunting and full-cycle recruitment.
