This is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions alongside industry-leading attorneys representing developers, lenders, investment funds, REITs, and institutional investors. Responsibilities Represent clients in complex commercial real estate transactions. Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements. Handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters. Advise clients on joint ventures and real estate development projects. Conduct due diligence and manage transaction closings. Prepare and review loan documents and related agreements. Collaborate with partners and clients on high-profile transactions. Required Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active Bar admission in New York or Massachusetts. 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience. Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong academic credentials.
